Terms & Conditions

Following are the General Terms and Conditions of Azalea Holiday Promos:

  1. The BLISTT EXCLUSIVE OFFER (“Promo Package”) is a provincial room promotion for eligible domestic travelers.
  2. Child Policy: Maximum of two (2) children per room aged 0-11 years old are free of charge as long as sharing bed with companion but exclusive of breakfast. 
  3. The Promo Package is sold online through the hotel’s online booking platform, bit.ly/bookazaleabaguio, booked directly with the Hotel’s reservation or may be extended to walk-in guest/s.
  4. A maximum of 2 promo packages may be booked per travel party. A travel party is defined as a group of family or friends within one travel arrangement (Flights, hotel accommodation and/or tours).
  5. The promo rate is applicable for a minimum occupant on selected room category.
  6. Booking Period is from MARCH 1, 2024 to MAY 15, 2024.
  7. Stay Period is for check-ins from MARCH 1, 2024 to MAY 31, 2024 (EVERY SUN-MON ONLY).
  8. The promo rate is not applicable during holidays, long-weekends & Hotel-declared closed-out dates. Rooms are subject to availability and one (1) BLISTT resident per room is required to avail the promo.
  9. To confirm a reservation, a guarantee of 50% deposit of the total room cost via any of the payment options provided by the hotel is required. Otherwise, non-guaranteed reservation will not be confirmed.
  10. Guaranteed advance reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked once until
    MAY 15, 2024 if modification is made at least seven days (7) prior arrival date. Rebooked dates are subject to room availability. Rebooking made after seven (7) days to check-in date will no longer be accepted and will be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the total room cost. Cancellation of paid and guaranteed reservation within seven (7) days prior arrival date will be charged 100% of the total down payment amount.
  11. No-shows or shortened stays will not be refunded and amount paid will not be adjusted to incidentals.
  12. Guaranteed reservations may be transferred to another individual subject to the rebooking policy and provided that consent is given by the original booker. 
  13. The promo rate is subject to extra person charges as applicable.
  14. For extension night/s or additional room/s, the best available rate will be applied.
  15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  16. The promo rate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional rates and Azalea Vacation Club, OSCA, PWD or Diplomat discounts. However, VAT exemption will be applied for Senior Citizen or PWD guests.
  17. The promo rate is not applicable to institutional group bookings where group bookings are defined as 5 rooms or more.
  18. Valid ID with photo must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.
  19. Check-in time starts at 2 PM while check-out time is at 12 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.
  20. Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the Hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
  21. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of P2,000.00 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  22. Azalea Vacation Club members are entitled to an additional five percent (5%) discount provided that the member is in good standing with the club. The additional five percent discount is only applicable if member is part of the check-in party. The additional five percent discount is non-transferrable and not for resale. 
  23. The promo is non-commissionable to Travel Agencies.
  24. The Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation of the promotion’s terms and conditions with prior DTI approval.

BOOKING POLICY:

  1. Book & Hold – Room Reservation under Azalea Holidays does not require upfront payment. An option date will be provided to the guest to confirm and finalize his/her reservation.
  2. Confirmation Policy: Room Reservation must be confirmed and guaranteed prior check–in date.
